CERTIFICATION PROCESS
Necessary conditions to become a certified Competence Game trainer:
1.Participation in 3 online modules, 2.5 hours each.
2.Work to be done before the first module and between modules - about 10 hours in total.
3.Passing the final test.
CERTIFICATION PROGRAM:
Module I
Task to be done before the workshop.
Introduction to the subject matter, tool psychometry, the idea of competence.
Work to be done between modules.
Module II
Practical use of the tool: Individual feedback and recruitment.
Work to be done between modules.
Module III
Practical use of the tool: Training and development plans for employees.
Final test.
Thanks to the ONLINE Certification, which consists of 10 hours of work in the e-learning formula and 7.5 hours of online work:
