A well-working team can achieve miracles. Tower of Power will make a group work on communication and achieving common goal – which is to build a tower. During this exercise particular questions and answers can rise, such as: Who is the leader in building a tower? How team members treat each other? What seems to be the most important thing for particular members? And many, many others.

Application:

Team’s goal is to build a tower out of wood blocks by putting them on one another. This task is not as easy as it seems. Blocks have a hole – each of them has a hole, which is cut out differently. Each of team members is guiding a string, which is attached to special crane that lifts up the blocks. One cannot use hands or body to help himself. Thanks to team cooperation, planning, good communication – it is possible to control the crane, which allows the team to finish the exercise.
