Competence Game - Diagnosis of competences
Description
Competence Game is an innovative tool that allows us to use a game to examine the competences of a future employee or a current member of our team. The game is comparable to the methods of Assessment and Development Center.
Competence Game was created thanks to the cooperation of Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowych and Institute of Research and Development IOCUS. The game measures three universal areas of competence for each organization: defining and achieving goals, system thinking, customer orientation. Thanks to this tool, the recruiter saves time and the recruited person goes through the recruitment stage in a friendly environment. Additionally, it allows employers to distinguish and diversify their recruitment process from the competition.
Archipelago is the first game in the Competence Game offer. In an exotic archipelago of islands, players take on the role of property managers. Their goal is to get as many customers as possible and to satisfactorily match the offers to their needs. The tool clearly defines the goals. The game records the decisions and actions taken by the participant. During the game, players receive questions. The answers provided allow you to assess the understanding of the situation and the goals of the game. After the game is over, we obtain a report thanks to which we can examine the player's strengths and suggestions related to areas for further development. The game makes it possible to verify the actual behavior of the candidate, ensuring the accuracy of the diagnosis. You get an objective result based on verified scientific research.
By analyzing reports, research and forecasts by scientists and practitioners from around the world, we have selected the competences that are the most desirable in modern organizations. The definition of competences on the basis of which we operate consists of three basic components - knowledge, skills and attitude in a given area, which enable effective fulfillment of duties in a specific position.
